I just had to share because I had a wonderful experience at this store during COVID-19. Unlike many other stores Altar’d State still had open fitting rooms. They had every other room closed off and were sanitizing rooms in between each use. The staff was SO friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I went in alone and the associates helped me find the perfect dress for a last minute event. Overall I felt so safe and really appreciate how they are handling the changing times. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I'm so happy we noticed this store and strolled in. They have beautiful dresses, clothes and accessories and very helpful and nice staff. They went above and beyond our expectations and helped my mother in law find the perfect wedding dress in her size. I highly recommended this store and their beautiful clothing. Thank you ladies for your exceptional service! 😊

This was my first time ever shopping here, and I was looking for a dress for my engagement photos. The young woman who helped me with the cute glasses and black hair. I feel so bad for not remembering her name, but she was amazing one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had while shopping at a store. The woman at the register Kayleigh was also amazing constantly checking on me to make sure everything was OK while I was trying things on 10 out of 10 recommend coming to the store not just for the amazing clothes but for the amazing staff that works here

Had an amazing experience here with my friend. I’m a dude and was trying to buy dress for my fiancé birthday. Was limited to knowledge about dresses, color and style. The staff were very patient and explained to me what she might like and constantly helped me. Would definitely recommend.

I love this store, the clothes are beautiful and so quaint. They also have little trinkets for astound the house, Christian faith friendly. The clothes are somewhat pricy, but high quality and well made.

If you want a spectacular shopping experience, this is the store for you. The customer service is excellent. Shirley was incredibly kind and helpful. The store has a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

A MUST STOP in the mall. Love everything about this store. Super cute original items, plenty of sizes, lots of jewelry and accessories. Staff was super friendly and helpful with what we were looking for. Register process was super smooth. Will definitely make this a repeat stop for us.

Sofia was absolutely amazing, every time I am in town, I frequent the store, have never had a bad experience. The entire team is top-notch, but really wanted to shout Sophia out for making a phenomenal connection and making the beginning of a long road trip as easy as humanly possible, hoping with all my hopes that graduation comes as soon as possible. The store is far and away fantastic, always clean and organized, even the sale section, while I have always loved the clothing, this review is because this team creates a wonderful customer experience every time I am in store, I had Allie today, and she went above and beyond, and was so kind. The entire staff at this location has always been absolutely fantastic, but was truly appreciative of the time, care and kind energy I had in my experience with Allie, Your company is so lucky to have her she is truly an asset and I wanted to make sure I threw this good review in for her and this team- much luck in your studies ahead, Allie!!!
